How will you keep my information safe?

We take data protection very seriously. We store all sensitive information like passwords in a secure password manager and have a policy in place that all passwords created by us are unique. Only your dedicated team member and the Director have access to your folders.

How do I know if the services I’m receiving are within the budget we have set?

We will keep you updated on this weekly. Any tweaks to efficiencies to make sure we come in on budget are done along the way. Any other anomalies will be discussed with you.

Where are your team based?

All of our team are based in New Zealand. We are spread out across the country so have vast coverage of local knowledge and capabilities.

How experienced are the team?

All of the team must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience.

How will we communicate?

However you like! Our job is to make your life easier so we can pretty much integrate ourselves within the systems and tools you’re already using. If you’re not using any we can make suggestions based on your needs.

Can you meet me face to face?

Yes, possibly. If we have someone on the ground local to you, we will absolutely accommodate face to face meetings. We just allocate travel time within the budget.
