I have been a business owner since mid 2022 and I am loving it! I get to make a difference to multiple businesses, and I can see the positive impact myself and the team make. I have spent over 8 years as an Executive Assistant assisting a variety of C-suite executives. I decided after having my youngest child I wanted to venture into the world of freelancing as it would afford me the flexibility I craved. This has led to me building a business I could have only dreamed of and for that, I am extremely grateful.
In my younger days I was lucky enough to have travelled the world as a dancer working on cruise ships where I met my now husband. I was a dancer, he was an officer - it’s not as romantic as it sounds! Nowadays I live in beautiful Northland with my little family, and we love being outside and at the beach. I have a passion for helping people and get great satisfaction out of adding value and empowering people to be their best self.

In simpler terms, she’s a versatile Senior Project / Operational Manager with a diverse skillset in the corporate and startup worlds. Her career has also encompassed a range of large projects, business operational and staff management roles, covering a wide range of industry terrain, from professional services to health, local government through to TV & Film, and everything in between. It's not uncommon for her to be affectionately called a 'Unicorn' for her unique blend of skills and adaptability.
Her passion lies squarely in helping businesses wrangle the tough stuff to enable them to keep moving forward, all while working from her home office.

With over 8 years of experience in sales and marketing across a range of industries, and the recent completion of a Diploma in digital marketing, Lexi's expertise spans the full marketing mix. Currently based in windy Wellington with her fiancé, British Blue, and three chickens. Alongside her professional pursuits, she is a trained yoga and group fitness instructor, amateur florist, and passionate writer.
Corina has over 20 years’ Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite executives from a wide range of different industries, including NZ publicly listed companies and financial institutions.
She brings extensive experience in board and executive management meeting minute taking together with other governance and statutory requirements. Having a largely finance and legal background Corina is well used to handling confidential financial and legal documentation and contracts.
